1. Nature of Our Services

GKPTutors.in offers:

  • Home-based tuition (in select areas)

  • Online classes and academic support

  • One-on-one or group-based learning sessions

All services are delivered digitally or in person, and no physical products are involved.

 


2. Service Fulfillment Timeline

  • Once a student enrolls or a tutoring session is booked, service delivery is scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, depending on tutor availability and student preferences.

  • Confirmation and session details are shared via email, phone, or WhatsApp.


3. Mode of Delivery

  • Online classes are conducted through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video.

  • Home tuition is delivered in-person at the student’s address (available only in select locations like Gorakhpur).

  • There is no shipping or logistics involved.


4. Confirmation of Service

  • After booking, students or parents will receive:

    • A confirmation message/email

    • Details of the tutor assigned (if applicable)

    • Class schedule and communication channel


5. Cancellations or Delays

For changes in scheduling, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We are committed to timely and reliable service delivery.
