Terms and Conditions for GKP Tutors Membership Program
By applying for the GKP Tutors 1-Year Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your membership application.
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
1.2. Accurate and complete information must be provided during the application process.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1. Members are entitled to the benefits listed in the Membership Program details, including:
- Fast and instant communication with customers.
- Personalized support and guidance.
- Frequent job updates.
2.2. Benefits are subject to change or discontinuation at the sole discretion of GKP Tutors, with prior notice to members.
3. Membership Fee
3.1. The membership fee is ₹99 for one year, non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2. Payment must be made via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm).
4. Payment and Confirmation
4.1. After completing the payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
4.2. Membership activation is subject to successful payment processing.
5. Membership Duration
5.1. Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment confirmation.
5.2. Renewal reminders will be sent before the expiration date, but members must renew proactively to continue enjoying benefits.
6. Member Responsibilities
6.1. Members must maintain a respectful and professional tone in all communications with GKP Tutors.
6.2. Sharing membership benefits with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership.
7. Data Privacy
7.1. Personal information collected during the membership process will be used solely for membership-related activities.
7.2. GKP Tutors adheres to strict data protection and privacy policies and will not share personal details with third parties without consent.
8. Termination of Membership
8.1. GKP Tutors reserves the right to terminate membership without prior notice in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms and conditions.
8.2. In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, the membership fee will not be refunded.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any disputes related to the membership program will be resolved amicably between the member and GKP Tutors.
9.2. If disputes persist, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
10.1. GKP Tutors reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. Members will be notified of any changes via email or the official GKP Tutors website.
